The department of Computer Science, Egra S.S.B. College was established in 2017 and started to offer general course only. The department conducts educational tours in every academic session to encourage the students. The department is well equipped with smart class rooms having audio visual devices for teaching and learning. It has two computer laboratories with high-speed internet facilities. To carter the needs of the students and teachers the department has its own departmental seminar library, containing several reference books, text books and journals. In order to keep pace with emerging demands of the students and teachers, the department regularly organizes special lecture on new topics related to Computer and other allied subjects. The department regularly organizes state level and national level seminar. The department is having competent faculties in their own domain of teaching.
