Mr. Kousik Jana is SACT at the department of music at Egra Sarada Shashi Bhusan College, Purba Medinipur, West bengal. He obtainted his B.Mus(Hons ) in 1998 from Rabindra Bharati University . He did his M.Mus on Rabindra Sangeet in 2000 and M. Mus on Bangla Gan in 2015 from Rabindra Bharati University in Kolkata. He has teaching experience of three years at Vidyasagar P.T.I. college in 2003-2006. He has served as a contractual teaching position since 2007-2011 at Hazra Vidyapith. He has participated "Geet Gangotri" sponsored by Minstry of culture, youth affair and sport, Government of India, from 25th to 31st January 2000 in Mumbain.
